自体脂肪填充额部术后是否间断冰敷对术后效果的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探析自体脂肪填充额部术后给予患者间断冰敷处理后，其术后效果的影响变化情况。方法：选取2014年4月-2016年4月于笔者所在医院整形科接受自体脂肪填充额部手术的60例患者，将其按随机数字表平均分成观察组与对照组，分别给予两组患者不同的术后处理方案，其中，给予观察组间断冰敷处理，对照组患者则仅在手术即时采取一次冰敷。分别比较两组患者的术后效果及患者满意度情况。结果：对照组患者的整形满意度(93.33%)、并发症发生率(6.67%)，两项比较指标明显优于观察组(73.33%、26.67%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予自体脂肪填充额部术后患者间断冰敷的处理措施，患者的整形满意度明显下降，且术后并发症发生概率明显高，于术后效果方面存在显著恶性影响作用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the changes of postoperative effect of patients with autologous fat filling after intermittent ice compress treatment.Method：From April 2014 to April 2016，60 patients undergoing autologous fat fill operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Two groups of patients were given different postoperative treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with intermittent ice compress，and the control group was taken ice compress only once.The postoperative effect and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The plastic satisfaction rate(93.33%) and complication rate(6.67%) in the control group were better than those in the observation group(73.33%，26.67%)，and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：After intermittent ice compress treatment of patients with autologous fat filling，the plastic satisfaction of patients is significantly decreased，and the probability of postoperative complications is significantly improved，the postoperative effect has significant adverse effect.

自體脂肪填充属于临床整形科的常用术式，但由于移植的脂肪颗粒或组织存在低存活率、高吸收率的问题，因此，具体的自体脂肪填充手术预后效果方面依旧存在较多不良影响作用[1-2]。有学者认为，给予脂肪填充患者相应的术后冰敷操作，能够有效降低移植脂肪细胞的代谢率，从而使得脂肪细胞在处于营养匮乏的恶劣环境下保有较高的存活率[3-4]。但从另一角度上说，若移植的软组织细胞持续处于局部低温、移植手术部位血供压差较大的环境下，同样不利于组织毛细血管的建立[5-6]。鉴此情况。本研究选取笔者所在医院接受自体脂肪填充额部手术的女性患者，就自体脂肪填充额部术后是否间断冰敷对术后效果的影响课题展开了临床试验分析，现将具体情况作如下报告。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
于笔者所在医院整形科2015年4月-2016年4月接收的自体脂肪填充额部手术的女性(下文一律称为患者)中随机抽选出60例作为此次研究的分析对象，且所有入选患者的填充脂肪均来自腹部，同时，排除存在肝肾功能不全、具有过往额部、腹部外伤或手术史及烟酒史的患者。采用随机数字抽选的方法将所有入选患者平均分成观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。观察组中，患者年龄21～34岁，平均(25.23±1.47)岁；体质量43.52～60.41 kg，平均(52.18±3.05)kg。对照组中，患者年龄20～35岁，平均(25.19±1.63)岁；体质量44.76～60.82 kg，平均(52.30±3.14)kg。两组患者的各项临床资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, 百拇医药(陈晓静)
